EpiCintre™ seeks to  train and promote new employees from within so that they can grow their careers and contribute to our mutual success.

EpiCintre™ is a self-reliant entity. We believe in growing our employees, not asking other countries to grow them for us. We work with leading third party community educators and training facilities to indentify potential graduating candidates who would like to begin the process of transitioning from the classroom to a paycheck.

We are currently working toward the establishment of one of the most advanced internal learning and training facilities in the world regarding the entertainment and communications industries with specific focus on the unique EpiCintre™ models.  Having previously graduated film, TV, or new media schools, graduates will then be aided to transition into full time workers at EpiCintre™ or with are partners.

We invent it, and then we teach others how to use it... simple!
